Ph. D.

Since the establishment of the Graduate School of Technology & Innovation Management (TIM) in 1994, TIM has aimed at equip students with technology expertise. In addition, TIM has actively cooperated with different sectors of the society in order to fulfill the philosophy of learning by doing at the same time. TIM established Ph.D. class in 1998, with the objective of bringing more professional managers into the hi-tech industry. Our main goal is to develop elite experts who able to conduct intensive studies in emerging technology and IP management issues and uplift the status of Taiwan to international research center. Also able to plot plans for eternal development of Taiwan's economic and industries and who able to make substantial contributions to the upgrade and practical management.
