The curriculum of the Intellectual Property (IP) Track covers the three major fields of technology, law, andmanagement. Core courses are provided by the College of Business and the College of Law, featuring thefollowing characteristics:
1.Emphasis on Both Theory and Practice: In addition to theoretical courses related to intellectual property,the program emphasizes practical application and case studies. Judges, attorneys, and leaders from thecorporate sector are invited to participate in the teaching process.
2.Integration of Law and Management: Beyond legal courses covering patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, special emphasis is placed on the operation and management of intellectual property. This includes areas such as technology transfer, intellectual property valuation, R&D management, IP transaction and marketing management, and intellectual property business strategy.
