講者資訊：
香港城市大學法律學院 關文偉教授
中山大學法學學士，北京大學法學碩士，不列顛哥倫比亞大學法學博士。現為香港城市大學法律學院助理教授。學術研究主要涉及知識產權、國際貿易、中國對外貿易與投資等領域。到目前為止有十篇學術論文見錄於社會科學引文索引（SSCI）期刊，包括『世界貿易評論』（World Trade Review），『萊頓國際法學刊』（Leiden Journal of International Law），『國際經濟法學刊』（Journal of International Economic Law），『世界貿易學刊』（Journal of World Trade），『東亞與國際法學刊』（Journal of East Asia and International Law），和『香港法律學刊』（Hong Kong Law Journal）等國際知名學術雜誌。此外並著有由德國海德堡施普林格出版社（Heidelberg: Springer）出版的學術專著『知識產權理論與實踐』一部（Intellectual Property Theory and Practice: A Critical Examination of China’s TRIPS Compliance and Beyond），及其它英文學術期刊文章及學術論著章節。
