香港城市大学法律学院 关文伟教授
中山大学法学学士，北京大学法学硕士，不列颠哥伦比亚大学法学博士。现为香港城市大学法律学院助理教授。学术研究主要涉及知识产权、国际贸易、中国对外贸易与投资等领域。到目前为止有十篇学术论文见录于社会科学引文索引（SSCI）期刊，包括『世界贸易评论』（World Trade Review），『莱顿国际法学刊』（Leiden Journal of International Law），『国际经济法学刊』（Journal of International Economic Law），『世界贸易学刊』（Journal of World Trade），『东亚与国际法学刊』（Journal of East Asia and International Law），和『香港法律学刊』（Hong Kong Law Journal）等国际知名学术杂志。此外并着有由德国海德堡施普林格出版社（Heidelberg: Springer）出版的学术专着『知识产权理论与实践』一部（Intellectual Property Theory and Practice: A Critical Examination of China’s TRIPS Compliance and Beyond），及其它英文学术期刊文章及学术论着章节。
